No use of the portal for commercial purposes:
Manasarovar Homes website is intended to serve information and enable Guests to make bookings and reservations, and is purely made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor, display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Using the Manasarovar Homes brand name is allowed only when you have prior permission from our authorities. Legal action will be taken against any sort of illegal framing or linking from our website.

Manasarovar Homes will also comply in compliance with all local applicable rules, acts, laws and taxes applicable.
Bookings and Financial Terms
Manasarovar Homes will hold the responsibility in fixing the rates and charges of the property listed. Rates and Service charges are fixed by Manasarovar Homes local Taxes are applicable according the local State Law.
Manasarovar Homes holds every responsibility for the bookings made. Manasarovar Homes holds the sole responsibility to provide the accommodation according to the bookings and shall be made available as per the Guest booking.
Payments made by Guests shall be considered as direct payment to Manasarovar Homes. Manasarovar Homes has the right to either confirm or reject the booking request within the Booking Request Period.
Cancellation and refunds
By making a reservation with Manasarovar Homes, Guest must accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no show policy of Manasarovar Homes, and to any other additional terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by Manasarovar Homes.
Please check the property details thoroughly prior to making your reservation. Guest shall not be entitled to any refund for any wrong payments of invalid transactions. Host may have provisions for the refund policy, if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the actual date of arrival. The amount to be refunded to the guest will be deducted of the total price of booking by 25 per cent, and not the actual price originally paid would be refunded. Such refund process is the responsibility of the Host’s. Note that such refund process may take many working days/weeks to reflect in your bank account or credit card statements, due to the process involved. We will not be responsible for any such delays either by the Host or respective the Host’s bank process.
Guest may be able to review and reschedule or cancel the reservation, which if stated in part of their reservation confirmation email. You may refer the same and revert to the host and follow the instructions therein.
Payment Processing Errors:
Manasarovar Homes will work closely with the payment gateways and monitor the transactions. If any transactions are reported and witnessed, Manasarovar Homes will take steps to rectify any payment processing errors.
Taxes:
Tax regulations such as service, luxury tax. GST or any other taxes shall be disclosed as part of the listing information and to be included to reach the total price. These taxes may vary according to the local State laws. In turn, Guest must pay the total price including taxes as compulsory.
Damage to Accommodations:
Guests shall be responsible for taking responsibility of the assets of the property and restrain from making any damages. In the event of any damages occurring due to negligence or any other reason by the Guest. Guest must compensate for such damages, or negotiate with Manasarovar Homes and settle the damages. Guest shall co-operate if any insurance claims are applicable by the property insurance cover.
Foreign Currency:
Manasarovar Homes provides services in many international countries. Hence, the Guest may pay for his direct currency or through conversion. Such process may contain currency conversion and exchange service charges.
Reporting Misconduct:
If anyone whom you feel is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to anyone who (I) engages in offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behaviour, (ii) you suspect of stealing from you, or (iii) engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities like the local Police Station, Cybercrime or any other applicable authority. You shall also communicate the details with Manasarovar Homes using the contact details provided in contact us page or by writing an email or posting it to the physical address of Manasarovar Homes office.
Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, by operation of law or otherwise, without Manasarovar Homes prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be void, null and shall have no effect. Manasarovar Homes may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
Controlling Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Government of Tamil Nadu
Termination:
Manasarovar Homes may terminate your access to and use of the Web Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
